TM-A智能型齿轮双面啮合测量仪

测量用途(Measuring applications):

本测量仪主要用于测量圆柱齿轮的径向综合总偏差（  ）、一齿径向综合偏差（  ）、径向跳动偏差（  ）、中心矩a及其变化量，并能自动判别及确定齿面毛刺的齿牙位置，还可以通过数学计算得到跨齿距和跨棒距。

该测量仪适用于机床、汽车、摩托车及电动工具等制造行业的所有圆柱齿轮的综合测量。特别适用于在线逐个齿轮检测。

The tester is mainly used to measure the total radial composite deviation（  ）,tooth-to-tooth radial composite deviation （  ）,radial runout deviation（  ）,center distance “a ”and its variations. It also can judge and ensure the tooth position of the burr, the measurement over pins and crossing tooth pitch can be got by mathematical calculation.

This series tester can be applied to all cylindrical gears of machine tool, automobile, motorcycle and other manufacturing.

被测齿轮可沿轴向移动，以适应测量齿轮在轴上的不同位置。

Measured gears move along rails to fit different positions of the standard gear on the rails.

标准齿轮与被测齿轮的啮合由微机控制自动啮合后（不是手动移动啮合）再旋转测量，自动化程度更高；

Rotation measurement proceeds after the automatic meshing between the measured gears and standard gears.

测量力（啮合力）可在参数设置时根据齿轮的材料进行设置，以适应不同材料的被测齿轮对测量力要求。

Measuring force (meshing force) can be set in parameter setting according to the material of gears to fit  different measured gears.  

测量速度可在参数设置时根据齿轮的大小进行设置。

Measuring speed can be set in parameter setting according to the size of gears.

由ARM9一体机控制测量过程及数据处理，省去了机箱及连线，增加了电控的可靠性。测量结果和误差曲线可显示或打印。

ARM9 based controls the instrument and dater processing, which can reduce the wiring and improve the reliability. Measuring result and error curve can be displayed or printed.

测量结果可按ISO1328国际标准对被测量齿轮的精度进行评定。

The measuring result can evaluate the precision of measured gears according to ISO1328 international standard.
